We use 4 types of chilies namely, sankeshwari, bedagi, kashmiri chili and lavangi chili with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, highest quality turmeric sticks (Gathichi Halad), fennel, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anise star, mace spice, lal phool, bay leaf, fenugreek seeds, nagkesar,  szechuan pepper, green cardamom, brown cardamom, caraway seeds,nutmeg, and  asafoetida to prepare this spice blend. We don’t use any types of preservatives, artificial colors or flavoring agents.

All our raw material is sourced directly from farmers from the interiors of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala. This raw material is then carefully cleaned and processed in small batches by homemakers (ladies from self-help groups). Spice blend once ready is quality checked and packed in a protective environment.

Some may like their recipe to be more spicy whereas some others like it mildly spicy. Once our product reaches you, first try it in your recipe in a small quantity to fine tune the spice level to your liking. Once opened, store the spice blend in an airtight container in a dry environment.
