We use Byadagi Mirchi, turmeric sticks, coriander seeds, white sesame seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, anise star, black stone flower, cloves, bay leaf, black pepper, dried ginger, asafoetida, and salt These ingredients are cleaned and dried before individually roasting them. The roasting process brings the unique twist to taste. We don’t use any types of preservatives, artificial colors or flavoring agents.

Malvani Masala/Powder
After the procurement of ingredients directly from farmers, we first roast levangi mirchi, byadagi mirchi, coriander seeds,cloves, mustard seeds, turmeric sticks, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds,black stone flower, cardamom, caraway seeds, black pepper, szechuan pepper, nutmeg, anise star, nagkesar, and brown cardamom. The roasted ingredients are then cooled and ground using a traditional low temperature method to a coarse powder.
